Phillippa Rose

Phillippa is founder of Current.Works. She has worked in service design and innovation for over 15 years, as a consultant and facilitator, supporting organisations through change, and enabling new design led approaches to today’s business challenges. She is also an associate for Design Thinkers Academy, Deloitte and UK Design Council.

Phillippa is an attributed co-author “This is Service Design Doing” and teaches design and research at University of the Arts London. She is also an accredited Lego Serious Play practitioner. She is passionate about learning-by-doing.


Sonja Dahl 

Experienced creative practitioner with 20+ years in the field of design and innovation. Held several senior level positions in the public, private and charitable sectors including most recently as the Director of Innovation Skills at Nesta designing and delivering  learning and capability building programmes.

Mo-Ling Chui


Mo-Ling Chui leads on design communication and strategy, and the Course Director for BA(Hons) Design Management and Cultures at the University of the Art London, London College of Communication. She is a creative director, strategist, experience and learning designer, facilitator and coach. She is also co-founder of InsightOS.co research collective and on the advisory board of theADV.com.


Mo-Ling applies cultural intelligence, ethnographic research and co-design thinking, in her work with organisational and business design challenges, brand activations, and design competencies in shaping the future of education.

Gemma Drake

Gemma is a designer, systems thinker and coach, with over 13 years supporting teams and organisations to navigate complexity and become more user-centred. Working with the public sector, foundations, charities and NGOs, in the UK and globally.

Gemma is a trained systemic coach and embeds systems thinking into design and strategy at Current Works.


Kath Simpson

Communication designer with 15+ years experience in visual creative problem-solving. Clients include charities and organisations across the public sector. Since an MA in Innovation Management at UAL she’s now worked with innovation agencies including the Wellcome Collection to reimagine a more inclusive organisation and a supervisor at Hyper Island. At Current Works she has been working with the Landscape Institute a global pharmaceutical company and the NHS.


Daniel Tuitt

Daniel is a Service Design Lead and innovation coach. Who has worked with brands such as BSI, OpenIDEO, Lego, Barclays, Visa, British Gas, Nike, Tesco Bank, many more. He supports clients to understand HOW and WHY they should build propositions through a systematic approach.

Daniel is obsessed with the intersection between building communities, unrepresented start-ups and creating new value in the world.He is also a master trainer with Global Service Design Network.


Will Bibby

Will is a researcher, designer, and strategist with expertise in social and public innovation. He has a decade of experience in a range of sectors, from local government, central government and civil society. During this time, Will has helped public sector organisations, foundations and charities design and test new or improved services, programmes and strategies that are user-centred and evidence-based, as well as helping to grow and scale innovation programmes.
