Process and Prototyping at Service Design Intensive

From 2017-2019 Rob and Phillippa ran a series of Service Design and Innovation immersive three day courses at UAL. Participants were take through the Double Diamond design process over three days, problem solving in response to a live brief, undertaking field research, generating ideas and rapid prototyping.
